Songs written under the twin influence of Exegesis and LSD in 1979-82. Originally a double concept album, but here are all the tracks actually worth recording :-)

Recorded in April 1984 on a Portastudio 244 in a bedroom at Great Baddow, Chelmsford. Produced by Stephen Foster-Pilkington. He originally offered to let me use his demo equipment (paid for by his new record deal) to record a 3-track demo, but thanks to a solid workflow and all the tracks being pre-written we ended up with an album. We started by programming the drum machine, recorded all the electric instruments in 6 days and on the 7th we did the vocals and violin. It was mixed onto stereo cassette.

The two double-speed, 4-track master cassettes eventually disintegrated and I lost the stereo master and my own copy too, so the fact that the album is here now is entirely due to my sister's friend Jezz in Thanet, who let me have his copy, the last one of 6, to digitise.
